The LAC Africa Business Summit is a sustainable platform created to deepen the mutual understanding between Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, to reclaim the African roots present in Latin America and the Caribbean and to demystify the existing prejudices between both regions. This is intended to create genuine opportunities to share and recognize the other as possible partners.

The II Business Summit to be held in Rosario between October 3 and 5 2017 aims to offer viable solutions to the five main challenges that emerged during the inaugural Summit in Kenya in November 2016, considered as inhibitors of commerce between both continents. They are: difference in language, limited access to reliable information, distance and cost of travel, cultural ignorance and lack of trustworthy structures to implement investment projects.
