“Jorge has a degree in economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a Master’s in Financial and Business Economics from the University of Essex, England. In the professional field he became an official in a leading electronics company in Mexico and later trained as a professional consultant in the renowned firm Arthur D. Little, reaching the position of Senior Consultant in the practice of Strategy and Organization for Mexico, advising strategic sectors such as Oil & Gas, among others.

Jorge is an innate leader and visionary with a multifaceted and impressive career based on international education, and extensive professional experience in both the public and private sectors.
In 2011 he published the successful book “”Mexico Piensa + (positivo)”” in which he proposes to change the predominant conversation about Mexico, break with stereotypes that limit the economic and commercial potential of the country supported by hard impact data.

Jorge is a member of EndeavorMexico and of Mexico in Movimiento, a project that links social entrepreneurs, social organizations and programs of the three orders of government.

He is frequently cited in newspapers of national circulation as Grupo Reforma and columnist in Forbes Mexico, in addition to TV anañista in C7Jalisco. He is a leading speaker always proposing new approaches and paradigms.”
