MIT Ph. D. Economist with more than 30 years’ experience in building partnerships to increase the flow of capital to and between Africa and Latin America. Dr. Mans also has experience managing 45 country programs around the world as director of the World Bank Institute. Worked extensively in over a dozen countries in Africa, including living there for a decade. Now spends half the year in Brazil.
